You know this house, every neighborhood has one. It's the spooky house that every kid on the street talks about. Directly across the street from the house a young boy watches every strange occurance that happens around the house. Of course no adult will believe him when he tells them that something is up with the house. At the start of the movie his parents decide to go out of town for the weekend leaving him with a babysitter. Of course the baby sitter is more interested in making out with her boyfriend. So our boy and his friend decide to use this parent free time to investigate the house some more. While spying they notice a girl approaching the house to sell some cookies. They decide to warn her away from the house, but she ignores them. After nearly being caught by the house she teams up with the two boys to investigate the mystery of the house.
